WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER of WARRANTIES: Corona Seeds warrants that the seeds are labeled as required by law and confirm within tolerances to the label description. CORONA SEEDS AND ITS SEED SUPPLIERS MAKE No Other EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. Any recommendations for use of these products are based on Corona Seeds and their supplier’s best judgment, but there is no warranty of results to be obtained in connection therewith. Buyer warrants that he/she is an experienced grower or seedsman. New varieties should be tested for suitability before commercial use. descriptions and pictorial representations in advertising material are intended for guidance only and do not constitute a warranty.
     LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The exclusive remedy for loss or damage due to breach of the foregoing warranty of for negligence or other cause shall be limited to the purchase price of the product and shall not include any consequential damages. Claims for defects in this product must be presented to Corona as soon as possible to enable Corona Seeds to investigate the claim and in any event within 30 days after discovery. If seed is transferred to a third party a signed disclaimer substantially similar to this shall be obtained from transferee and Corona Seeds shall be held harmless and indemnified for any damages resulting from such transfer. 
     DISEASE: Some plant diseases are seed borne. Unless specifically stated in writing no seed has been tested for seed borne disease. Testing is an expensive process but can be done at buyers request at a higher seed cost.
    NOTICE OF REQUIRED ARBITRATION/MEDIATION/CONCILIATION: The seed laws of some states require Arbitration of disputes for allegedly defective seed as a prerequisite to maintaining legal action.
    Please contact your State Department of Agriculture for specific requirements as to filing procedures as soon as you learn the fact upon which a claim is based before any legal action is initiated. A pre-harvest inspection may be required, and you might lose your rights in court if procedures are not followed. Venue in all cases shall be Ventura County, California. These terms may not be orally modified and apply to this and any future orders whether oral or written.
